Tokyo Marathon 2026 THANK YOU
I just wanted to write a super quick update to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone who donated and supported me in the Tokyo Marathon. The marathon was held on March 1st 2o26 and even though it was definitely the hardest thing I have ever done in my life, it was also the most fun, amazing, and rewarding thing ever. 1/2/2026 - 28/2/2026 February in Japan
Compared to January, February was a much calmer month and it was pretty needed after such a busy December and January. I was very much in the groove of things at school: I had connected super well with my students and JTEs so each day was getting more and more fun. The students at this school are pretty crazy and so everyday I would come home with hilarious stories to tell Chloe. 1/1/2026 - 31/1/2026 January in Japan
Seeing the new year in in Kyoto was a very special experience and I feel lucky to have been able to have had the time to relax with my family while making some awesome memories. But the relaxing time quickly came to an end when David, Sky, Chloe, and I said goodbye to mum and dad and got the shinkansen down to Fukuyama (a city in Hiroshima Prefecture).
